Operating The Ice Shaver Machine:

Turn the handle    

1) Raise the ice block holder by turning the red tip lever handle clockwise.

Place ice block

3) Turn on power to start the shaving. You can use the included yellow removable dish to capture the shaved ice or use one of your own.

4) Scoop the fluffy ice into a cup, add syrup, and repeat

This electric ice shaving machine has an 8" opening to put the ice block in and it has a blade holding plate that is 10 1/2" wide. The blade is 4 3/8" inches long and stainless steel. You can use any standard bowl or container to make the ice molds yourself!  Stay within the 8” radius and  start  freezing your supply early!

This shaved ice machine is capable of producing over 200 pounds of fluffy shaved ice per hour!
